That is the right attitude. Sure you’re ...Man Up! That is the right attitude. Sure you’re sad or depressed. I’ve been there, but I did not stop my life, sit down and cry, and tell everyone that it’s ok for me to be crazy and do this because “I’m Sick!” I went on and struggled and prevailed. I did not need a Dr. to tell me I was depressed. I did not take meds to cope with the harshness of my reality. I did what was expected of me and what I knew was necessary for me to do. People who are depressed and sit there waiting for someone to come along and rub their back and say, “It’s ok, just stay sad and take these pills...” are just looking for an easy way out of dealing with reality.
